Start Your Aviator Journey: PPL Eligibility
The DGCA regulates the eligibility criteria for becoming a Private Pilot. You must meet the age, education and medical fitness criteria to get PPL.
Minimum 17 years of age to be eligible for a PPL
Must complete the 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics from a recognised board or NIOS
Should have a Class II Medical Certificate for fitness eligibility
Aspiring aviators must read, write and speak English fluently
Complete Ground School Training and learn the theoretical part by heart
Complete 40-60 hours of flight from an approved flying school
